This year marks a deliberate shift from consumption to creation. I'm tracking time use to maintain balance between learning (reading, planning, research) and creating (building, coding, shipping, writing, presenting). After years of learning, I'm focusing on shipping high-quality work. I've restarted time logging to ensure more hours go toward building.
I'm leveraging LLMs to sharpen my communication—asking better questions, writing more clearly, and getting rapid feedback on logic and reasoning.
After designing the architecture for our next-generation forecast system (UPF: Unified Package Forecast), I pitched it to leadership and secured buy-in. I'm now leading product development of the next-generation forecast system for Amazon Last Mile.
