  • We're at a critical point in UPF development. Leading this complex, high-stakes project with multiple stakeholders has been challenging: understanding technical and business details, communicating at appropriate granularity, ensuring rapid action, running feedback loops, staying calm. It's nuanced, time- consuming, and emotionally demanding. I'm giving 100% with full ownership. It's hard—which is exactly why I want to master it.
  • Building on MVP learnings, I spent significant time setting up cloud infrastructure for our team. Without clear guides, I persisted until it worked. This will be pivotal for scaling team programs and outputs while reducing dependency on external tech teams. I created a dedicated AWS account with compute for direct building and deployment. For personal development, I set up cloud dev with dedicated compute and a local environment with WSL2. Direct compute access will accelerate prototyping and iteration.
  • I'm intentionally using AI in every aspect of work and life, making it a habit to engage AI before doing things myself: coding, brainstorming, creating PRDs and technical requirements, writing for work. Personally, I use it for product reviews, travel planning, and learning.
  • I completed a side project, mintra.gg—a keyboard-first time logger replacing spreadsheets for daily focus tracking. Mintra feeds the productivity heatmap widget on my website.
